禽日頭痛到想死咁滯．．． Lunch 時決定都係請半日假，去睇過中醫，飲過藥，休息過後，諗住今日無乜野，仲可以去打波ｔｉｍ．．．
點知lunch 過後，發覺個人仲好唔妥．．． 頭痛，口乾，喉嚨痛．．．（基本上醫師都問我有冇口乾，我仲答無ｔｉｍ）．．．
其實禽日返到屋企訓果陣，甚至夜晚訓時，個人都好熱．． 開住冷氣，個人都可以熱到出汗．．．．
睇黎，今日去醫師度拎埋劑藥，拎個波畀佢地後，SMS 畀21單聲，而自己都係返歸休息好ｄ．．
